A song crying out in the dark.

hey frank i just spent months binging Buffy The Vampire Slayer and hyperfixating on it, and I accidentally watched the last episode without even realizing it was the end. It's like going to take the last step of a staircase and your foot falling ineffectually through the air. yes, i am comparing this to grief. now there is this hole inside of me and I refuse to watch Angel in order to fill it. any tips?

  • I’m not sure I can really offer any advice in this case. You need to talk to your doctor about antidepressant medication, which can help, and you need to get out of the house and do something that you enjoy (I recommend going somewhere scenic and quiet where you have a lot of time to look around).
